Project Coordinator Position

The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to the Infrastructure project team, ensuring seamless project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project procurement and administrative functions;
- Managing IT business as usual procurement and administrative tasks;
- Assisting project managers and IT Team Leads with budget planning, management, procurement, and contract administration duties;
In addition to these core tasks, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for:
- Providing timely reminders for Timesheet Reporting;
- Assisting with On-boarding & off-boarding processes;
- Generating cost reports as required;
To excel in this role, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary for effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
A background in project management disciplines and document management would be highly beneficial, as well as a commitment to teamwork and a solid work ethic.
