Project Support Specialist Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the project manager and site team on a major commercial project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Manage project documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Assist with project planning, procurement, and scheduling
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial construction project coordinator role
  • Background with a Tier 3 builder, ideally retail projects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Jobpac and Procore (preferred)
