Executive Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to join our Sydney office. This role offers a unique chance to work with a highly respected Partner who leads the NSW branch of our China Desk.
- This is an exciting corporate and commercial opportunity, providing significant learning and development possibilities.
- The position involves working on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on cross-border transactions, joint ventures, acquisition and disposal of businesses and assets, and regulatory approvals.
The successful candidate will have at least five years' post-admission experience gained in a corporate and commercial practice, with a strong track record in advising on complex corporate/M&A matters.
We are looking for someone with:
- Highly developed legal and research skills;
- Experience supervising and mentoring juniors;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
