Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Mergers and Acquisitions attorney to join our national firm in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of the Corporate Team, you will work on a variety of Private M&A and ECM transactions, acting for ASX listed companies and large clients.

  • You will have excellent training and mentorship from a senior Partner who has doubled his practice over recent years.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mergers and Acquisitions attorney, your key duties will include:

  • Working on Private and some public M&A deals

  • Working on Equity Capital markets transactions

  • Providing corporate governance advice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-6 years of post-admission experience

  • Experience in either Private M&A and/or ECM

  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills

  • A positive and friendly attitude
