Senior Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Corporate Attorney to play a key role in our future growth and development.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will support the business by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, preparing regulatory documentation, and managing the requirements of being a listed entity.
Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate transactions and commercial contracts.
- Managing mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through to post-acquisition integration.
- Proactively identifying legal risks and developing controls, strategies, and solutions to mitigate those risks.
- Maintaining the business' contracts management system and providing timely and commercial generalist legal advice on various risk areas.
A minimum of 3 years experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with in-house experience. Proven expertise in reviewing and negotiating corporate transactions and commercial contracts. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
