Corporate Attorney Leader

We seek a seasoned attorney to oversee end-to-end legal support on corporate deals. This position requires providing strategic advice on complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, capital investments, joint ventures and shareholder matters.
- Offer expert guidance on directors' responsibilities, corporate structures and ASX disclosure obligations, working closely with Company Secretariat, Finance, and Strategy teams.
- Draft, negotiate and review various corporate and commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
- Contribute to Board and committee reporting on governance and regulatory issues, ensuring compliance with ASX Listing Rules and governance standards.
About You:
- 6+ years' PQE in corporate law, with solid grounding in M&A and corporate governance from either private practice or a listed in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
- Able to distil complex legal issues into clear, commercially pragmatic advice for senior executives.
