Corporate Lawyer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert legal advice and solutions in a commercial context.

This role involves overseeing the negotiation and execution of all legal documentation relevant to the business, including acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate transactions, and fund establishment.

You will be responsible for managing litigation, establishing new entities, liaising with external legal specialists, and reviewing/approving fundraising disclosure documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong legal experience in Corporate M&A, transaction, and/or funds management, as well as polished communication skills, both verbally and in written form.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Degree Qualified (LLB) with a current practicing certificate
  • 2+ years post-qualified experience from a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience

  • Possess highly polished communication skills
