Chief Corporate Counsel

As a seasoned Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raisings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strategic Advice: Provide high-level strategic advice to clients from various industries, including drafting complex commercial agreements that meet their unique needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver innovative and commercially focused legal solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development, helping them grow into experienced attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raisings.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Provide expert advice on corporate law and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
