Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Lifestyle Coordinator to join our care team. This full-time position will support the well-being of residents at our aged care facility, ensuring they receive engaging and personalized lifestyle programs that cater to their individual needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate lifestyle programs for residents, assessing program effectiveness.
  • Lead and guide a team of Assistants.
  • Coordinate activities addressing the social, religious, and cultural needs of residents, both within and outside the care home.
  • Contribute to resident care assessments to tailor programs for optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain records of resident participation and document observations or concerns.
  • Support the admission process for new residents and initial consultations with residents and families.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to incorporate therapeutic and holistic activities into daily routines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community groups.
  • Manage risk and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.

You Will Offer:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle, Health, Diversional Therapy, or similar qualification.
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
