Resident Engagement Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and oversee a lifestyle program that reflects residents' preferences, enabling them to maximize their abilities.

The Role
  • Establish positive relationships with each resident, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Liaise with clinical and care staff to understand varying clinical needs and restrictions.
  • Mentor the lifestyle team to ensure effective implementation and responses to individual lifestyle plans.
Key Requirements
  • Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy or similar qualification.
  • First aid certification.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and participate in a multidisciplinary team.
