Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator
About the Position:We are seeking a compassionate and caring professional to lead lifestyle programs, promoting wellbeing and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop exceptional lifestyle programs to promote wellbeing and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Provide mentorship to staff and support them in their daily tasks.
- Maintain smooth daily operations of the program.
- Diploma in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy (or relevant qualification).
- Experience in aged care, developing leisure & lifestyle programs including working with individuals with dementia.
- Good leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
- Experience with software for maintaining excellent records.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
