We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of exceptional lifestyle programs that promote wellbeing and foster a vibrant community atmosphere in aged care facilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring staff, supporting them in their daily tasks, and maintaining smooth program operations.

A key requirement for this role is a Diploma in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy and experience working in aged care homes, developing leisure programs, and interacting with people with dementia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality lifestyle programs that cater to diverse resident needs.
  • Mentor and support staff to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless integration of lifestyle programs into overall care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

This is a full-time position available Monday to Friday, 8am-3pm, with competitive salary packaging options, uniforms, and training provided.
