Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Support Specialist to join our team at Charterhouse. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clerical and paralegal support for an effective and efficient prosecution service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support to staff, prosecutors, and other Counsel
  • Maintain briefs, files, file notes, and records of proceedings
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain and provide necessary information and assistance
  • Prepare court documents efficiently and accurately
  • Provide general legal support, including registration and updating matters, drafting correspondence, and record keeping
Requirements
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Significant experience in clerical support services in a legal service environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and capability to learn new systems quickly
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
