About the Role:

MJD Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join a specialist law firm with multiple locations across NSW. The firm has recently acquired a large volume of work in Wills and Estates, making this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to take on a challenging and dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting letters of administration with precision and attention to detail
  • Editing and preparing affidavits to the highest standard
  • Liaising with stakeholders as necessary to ensure seamless communication
  • Handling probate matters with expertise and efficiency
  • Providing additional support to clients and lawyers as needed to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Wills, Estates, and Probate with a solid background in the field
  • Familiarity with legal software such as LEAP, Salesforce, and MS Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
