About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to our organisation's goals and values by supporting employee development and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the People and Culture Business Partner in achieving strategic outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and coaching support to managers on employee queries and grievances.
  • Assist managers with performance management discussions.
  • Partner with managers to execute the people strategy and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate conversations around talent management, succession planning, and team engagement.
  • Contribute to strategic projects across the organisation.
  • Facilitate projects related to organisational change and transformation.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to managers.
  • Assist with remuneration matters.
  • Develop new policies and guidelines to ensure statutory obligations are met.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including onboarding.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in HR management processes, ability to interpret Awards and Agreements, strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, negotiating and influencing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
