About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator on a casual basis. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing
  • Monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed
  • Coordinate and execute administrative duties, including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other tasks as required
What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, and organisational abilities. A background in reception or hospitality is preferred, but not essential. If you are a team player with a 'we care' attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
