We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Weploy.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, delivering exceptional service to our members while working from home. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate support via inbound calls, resolving queries with ease, and ensuring their overall experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand member needs, applying empathy and problem-solving techniques when required
  • Process membership applications, claims requests, and inquiries accurately and promptly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality results
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple calls and emails simultaneously

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months recent Contact Centre experience (within the last two years)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • A positive can-do attitude, passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a natural ability to empathise with others
  • Problem-solving skills, comfortable thinking on your feet, and committed to finding solutions that meet customer needs
  • AU or NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or 2 years remaining on a valid working visa as this is a permanent position

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
