Role Summary:
">Partner with clients to understand business problems and design effective solutions.
">About the Role:
">This position requires a high level of customer focus and business understanding. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to assist in pre-sales activity, produce proposals, and deliver product demonstrations.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in initial discussions with prospective clients to gather information and requirements">
- Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients">
- Provide estimates of time for tasks in proposals">
- Take part in implementations at a configuration specialist level or team lead level">
- Manage client expectations and facilitate workshops to drive effective outcomes">
- Provide guidance to development and implementation team members">
