Develop and implement expert support, training, and technical guidance on industry-leading hardware and software solutions to empower our teams, dealer network, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver in-house and on-site support, training, and installations for industry-leading hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to internal staff, dealers, and end users.
- Conduct product evaluations and competitor analysis.
- Manage demonstration equipment and supplies stock for testing and events.
- Develop and deliver training content for industry leading products and run sessions.
- Offer colour profiling solutions and collaborate with vendors.
- Support sales with product demonstrations, sample creation, and technical insights.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, dealer events, and training sessions.
- Demonstrated technical experience with hardware/software products.
- Demonstrated experience in common design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
- Experience delivering training (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in various software platforms and technical systems.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Professional and proactive approach.
- Positive attitude toward change and improvement.
- Process-driven with a keen eye for detail.
