The Role: Product Consultant

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Interact with customers to provide product information, demonstrations, quotations, and follow-ups, leading to sales closure.
  2. Maintain the showroom and equipment to meet display standards.

  4. Continuously learn and improve product knowledge to offer the best solutions to customers.
  5. Assist with telephone inquiries and administrative duties.
  6. Participate in trading nights, product training sessions, and showroom events.
  7. Engage in the customer engagement framework.
  8. Achieve and exceed team-based targets and KPIs.
