Sales & Product Solutions Expert

The role is a combination of sales and product development functions requiring the individual to onboard clients onto Visa Commercial Solutions. The successful candidate will drive market expansion activities, develop new partnerships, and win new accounts through strategic selling to executive-level decision makers.

To operate successfully, the individual must demonstrate experienced knowledge of commercial cards and B2B payments. They will need to be highly effective in solutions-based selling and have a passion for building relationships with internal and external constituents.

This role requires the candidate to:

  • Develop joint objectives supporting performance targets based on a strategic business plan.
  • Implement strategies to increase payments volume and secure long-term revenue with key partners.
  • Manage relationships with issuers and formulate go-to-market approaches working with account executives.
  • Focus on driving new purchase volume and revenue with Visa commercial card issuers across all groups.
  • Develop and support strategies to capitalize on emerging customer needs and trends.
  • Collaborate on new product development initiatives and industry events.
  • Contribute to quarterly business plans and agree on required actions with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of Visa products and services, with experience in commercial card solutions.
  • Engage with colleagues to ensure relevant teams are involved and informed.
  • Develop annual goals and plans, utilizing a consultative sales approach to meet client objectives.

This role requires a candidate who is passionate about helping businesses digitize payments. You will need to be excited about AuNZSP business and willing to use your initiative and curiosity to drive insights that can transform this space.

This is a hybrid position, and the expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

  • Creative self-starter with a proven track record for developing and launching technology products.
  • Consultative sales experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to a broad audience.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and creativity in innovation and differentiation.
  • Possess high professionalism and leadership skills to build relationships and trust with business partners.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and coordinate across functional activities.
