About the Service

LikeMind is an innovative mental health service that provides a one-stop hub and support for individuals aged 25 to 65 years who are experiencing or have experienced mental health issues.

We offer a range of services, including:

  • Administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our center
  • Data entry and management of confidential information
  • Office equipment maintenance and reporting
  • Centre maintenance and hazard inspections

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a calm and respectful manner when dealing with diverse individuals.

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Business Administration or similar qualification
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role working in a healthcare/medical setting
  • Ability to work independently and contribute positively as a team member
  • Current driver's license
  • Good computer skills and use of Microsoft Office suite
