Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and diligent individual to join our team at Renascent Pty Ltd as an Office Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors, answer phones, and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and coordinate functions and travel.
  • Assist with the preparation of bid and presentation materials, working closely with internal and external teams.
  • Provide administrative support, including taking minutes, maintaining project files, and reconciling expenses.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar support role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Adobe skills (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
  • Driver's license (preferable).
