About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Lives Lived Well. As the sole Administrator, you will provide administrative and financial support to our clinical teams in Dubbo and Orange.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective administrative, operational, and communication support to staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the front desk, including all enquiries and referral allocation.
  • Coordinate events, training, and meeting requests as required.
  • Assist with quality management tasks, including audit and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Solid foundation in office administration.
  • Previous experience working in an administration role in a health care or community services setting.
  • Adaptability and an agile approach.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to manage your own workload.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High level working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
