Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager
About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity.
- You will be responsible for overseeing general maintenance activities, supervising maintenance team members, and ensuring all areas of property are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- General maintenance activities for the upkeep of the Hotel to high standards
- Supervise maintenance Team Members and provide guidance and support
- Ensure all areas of property are maintained
- Ensure all maintenance Team Members are following the correct policies
Requirements:
- Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Must be available to work 38 hours a week from Monday to Friday
- Have knowledge and understanding of similar general maintenance position (i.e., knowledge of plumbing, painting, and general maintenance)
- Be committed to providing extraordinary service
- Have good communication and interpersonal skill
- Be reliable and articulate in the job
