Facilities Operations Manager

The role of Senior Facilities Coordinator involves managing building and equipment maintenance schedules, coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance activities, and liaising with contractors and internal teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility operation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to site users and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to initiatives that drive business results.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination.
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service level agreements.
- Diploma in Facilities Management or trade qualification preferred.
