Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgets and invoices.

  • Provide emergency support through an on-call system.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities meet operational standards.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building/facilities management, strong financial knowledge, and proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and desktop applications.

Work Environment
