We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new customers to the Mable Group and maximizing their engagement with our services.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively with others to assist customers, as well as a strong understanding of the Disability or Aged Care sectors. They will be able to build rapport with potential clients, provide clear information, and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to convert leads by providing clear information, building rapport, and ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding. You will also communicate effectively, educate clients about our offerings, and refer leads to other teams as appropriate. This role is KPI-focused, and your performance will be measured against specific goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to achieve individual commercial targets and KPIs as assigned to the position. This includes achieving customer adoption rate, time to onboard, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics. Additionally, you will need to commit to continual learning and development, particularly focused on product knowledge and relevant sales skills.

This role interacts directly with customers and potential customers of the Mable Group. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, explaining products or services, addressing questions and concerns, offering guidance on usage, cross-selling or upselling, documenting interactions, and staying connected with customers before the onboarding process.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave, access to professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive rewards program.
