About Us
We provide high-quality, client-focused care to enable elderly people to live at home for as long as possible.
As a Support Worker, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes or in the community.
You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities such as cleaning, personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and social support.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing assistance with daily living tasks
- Liaising with our Care Coordinators to update on client care needs
- Carefully following client care plans and logging activities via smartphone
- Developing trust and maintaining a positive rapport with clients and their families
About You
You should be comfortable working independently and enjoy building relationships with people. Having Certs in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Services is advantageous.
