Support Worker Role Overview

About This Support Position

We are seeking a valued team member to provide quality & client-focused care in people's homes. Our goal is to enable elderly people to live at home for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities including cleaning, personal care, meal preparation, shopping and social support.
  • Regularly liaise with our Care Coordinators to provide updates on client care needs.
  • Carefully follow client care plans and log activities via smartphone.
  • Develop trust and maintain a positive rapport with clients and their families.

You're comfortable working independently and enjoy building relationships with people.
