Care and Support Professional

As a Care and Support Professional, you play a vital role in enabling older individuals to live independently in their own homes. Your daily tasks may include providing social support, domestic assistance, or personal care.
The nature of this role requires you to work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. This enables you to develop tailored care plans that cater to their specific requirements.
