As a valued team member, you'll be part of a broader group that provides quality & client-focused care in people's homes.

We currently have needs in Bunbury and surrounding areas.ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily living activities - cleaning, personal care, meal preparation, shopping & social support.Regularly liaise with our Care Coordinators to provide updates on client care needs.Carefully follow client care plans, and log activities via smartphone.Develop trust and maintain a positive rapport with our clients & their families.About YouYou're comfortable working on your own and enjoy building relationships with people.Working With UsAt Southern Cross Care WA, we are committed to being an employer of choice.
