About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented individual to join our AWS RI Operations Team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and processing Reservation Product transaction requests, ensuring accuracy and meeting strict SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and audit Reservation Product transactions, adhering to Legal, Security, and Compliance requirements.
  • Act as an escalation point for Reservation Product requests and issues.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Communicate effectively across all related channels to ensure transparency of process.
  • Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and other data management/BI systems.

The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working a queue of requests and meeting SLAs, navigating a knowledge base, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookups.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Korean, both verbally and in writing.
  • Functional experience using quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Existing knowledge of AWS Reservation Products and tooling.
  • Highly organized, excellent multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
