Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, and driving cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, optimize stock holding costs, and ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business plans, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and other external factors to inform supply chain decisions.

Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Field sales or key account management experience.
  • Prior supply chain experience in the FMCG industry.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
