Job Title: Talkback Radio Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Program Producer to work on our fast-paced and entertaining breakfast show.

This role involves overseeing the creation, production, and execution of our daily program, working closely with the news team and host.

The successful applicant will have a strong news sense, excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, production, and execution of our daily program
  • Work closely with the news team and host to ensure high-quality content
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current events and issues in Canberra
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop engaging content
  • Manage social media and online content creation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism or communications
  • At least 2 years of experience in radio production or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
