Technical Solutions Specialist

The role of Technical Solutions Specialist is a key technical position within our Operations Team.

You will be responsible for delivering and supporting C4 products within customer environments, reporting to our Project Manager.

  • Manage software installation, configuration and support in the customer's C4I environments.
  • Set up and test integrations between C41 software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors and communication systems.
  • Design, implement and support technical solutions.
  • Ensure alignment, effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver technical training of customer administrators and users.
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers on C41 software products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing software installation, configuration and support in the customer's C4I environments.
  • Managing set up and testing of integrations between C41 software products and coalition systems.
  • Designing, implementing and supporting technical solutions.
  • Ensuring alignment, effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Developing and delivering technical training of customer administrators and users.
  • Providing level 1 and 2 support to customers on C41 software products.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and platforms such as Windows, Linux and Android-based operating systems.
  • Knowledge of administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices and radio networks.
  • NV1 Security Clearance.
