About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable National Insurance Broker, supporting an experienced broker with administrative duties and ensuring value is delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting an Insurance that specialises in Trade Credit Risk Insurance
  • Organising meetings with clients, preparing documents and taking minutes
  • Updating client information on the CRM
  • Generating reports
  • Liaising with underwriters and premium funders for quotes
  • Checking policy documents, and preparing final delivery
  • Answering phone and directing queries
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, logical and organised
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to function well within a team environment
  • Having an analytical approach to day-to-day objectives
  • Prior experience in Admin
