About the Role:
The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to provide support to our National Project Manager. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating documents and tasks that will assist in delivering projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the National Project Manager, including managing documents, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners.
- Manage and coordinate project-related tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's mission, values, and goals.
