We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to enhance our Facilities and Fleet function. This permanent, part-time (3 days a week) position is based in Blackburn and offers a unique opportunity to develop your administration and customer service skills.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily administration and support of property, facilities, and fleet services nationwide. With a large multi-site presence and a fleet of over 100 leased vehicles, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for facilities and fleet queries and requests nationally.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of certified suppliers/tradesmen to service all sites across the country.
- Coordinate facilities and service contractors as required, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, new requests, orders, changeovers, and renewals to optimize fleet performance.
- Lodge and assist with property insurance claims, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a customer-centric approach, strong administrative skills, and excellent relationship-building capacity. You will work with diverse stakeholders nationally, requiring high engagement levels and effective communication skills.
Key Capabilities:
- Experience in facilities, fleet, property, and contracts management is preferred.
- Ability to deliver and report on services according to agreed Service Levels.
- High productivity levels with accuracy, even under time pressure and conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
