Job Title

We are seeking an administrative professional to support our aftersales team in delivering exceptional customer service and products.

About the Role
  • This role involves providing administrative support to the aftersales team, including coordination tasks, data entry, and communication with customers and colleagues.
  • You will be responsible for following up on outstanding quotations, preparing professional quotations using ERP systems, and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Additionally, you will assist in logistics coordination, compile and review technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the aftersales function.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1–3 years' experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel and Word
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics AX 2012 (AX365 desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
