
Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking an administrative professional to support our aftersales team in delivering exceptional customer service and products.
About the Role- This role involves providing administrative support to the aftersales team, including coordination tasks, data entry, and communication with customers and colleagues.
- You will be responsible for following up on outstanding quotations, preparing professional quotations using ERP systems, and interpreting customer requirements.
- Additionally, you will assist in logistics coordination, compile and review technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the aftersales function.
- A minimum of 1–3 years' experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel and Word
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics AX 2012 (AX365 desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Solid time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems
