Energy Storage Specialist

Job Role- Provide assistance to customers via phone and email, utilizing software to track and manage issues.
- Remotely monitor system performance to ensure proper operation of energy storage systems.
- Gather and analyze data related to system faults to identify potential issues and trends.
- Prepare detailed fault analysis reports for internal reference and provide improvement suggestions.
- Manage and write post-sales documentation.
- Establish effective communication with customers, understand their needs, and provide quality service.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the energy storage industry is an advantage, especially in solar inverter experience.
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting skills are essential.
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills are also required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Team player with ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and excellent customer support skills.
