Renewable Energy Solutions Specialist

  • Assist customers with technical inquiries related to energy storage systems, providing timely and accurate responses via various communication channels.
  • Analyze data on system faults to identify potential issues and trends, generating detailed reports for internal reference and proposing improvements.
  • Collect product feedback and quality issue reports from customers, conveying this information to the quality and product development teams to drive enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain post-sales documentation for energy storage solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality support and service.
  • Offer training sessions to customers on energy storage systems, enhancing their knowledge and usage of these solutions.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry, especially in solar inverters, is preferred. Recent graduates with outstanding academic records are also considered.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer support and service skills
  • Fluent spoken English and excellent written communication skills
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues
