Fleet Risk Analyst

This position is responsible for providing strong and timely analytical support and effectively communicating fleet review to demonstrate SG's expertise and value. The role is also responsible for providing continuous support in relation to Asset Risk process / reporting and review.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, analyse and propose solutions for all MLC opportunities with a commercially viable offer while mitigating LeasePlan's financial risk.
- Drive a customer first experience throughout all activities including clear, highly visible communications and strong internal stakeholder relationship building. This includes proactively managing stakeholder expectations, supporting ad-hoc analysis and transaction requests, monitoring, and prioritising workload appropriately to drive resolutions in a timely manner.
- Apply commercial acumen in delivering proposals and recommendations which demonstrate clear cost benefits to customers.
- Identify, develop, and pursue improvement initiatives to enhance end to end process efficiency. This includes communicating with the relevant stakeholders, raising incidents, supporting testing efforts and supporting change and capability upskill within the team
- Complete timely, accurate and business suitable MLC quotes within agreed KPI
- Manage contract exceptions using the various reports available such as manual inceptions, continuations/extensions report or contracts in error
- Assist with ad hoc customer requests by supporting their timely resolution directly or on behalf of/via other teams / parties
- Previous experience with SAS / Excel and visualization tool highly regarded (i.e., Tableau)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress
- Effective communicator both verbally & in writing, demonstrating stakeholder management, active listening, probing and negotiation skills
- Results orientated - can resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely and effective manner
- Critically analyses information and solves problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability
