We are seeking a Compliance Professional to join our Risk and Compliance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving business objectives through effective compliance management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Compliance Management Policy (CMP) and supporting its implementation across the organisation. This includes reviewing operational processes to identify potential compliance risks or inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements.

In this role, you will also monitor, manage, and report on compliance risks, assess and classify reported incidents and breaches, and regularly review regulatory and compliance obligations.

You will have the opportunity to create and deliver compliance management training and awareness initiatives and provide feedback and advice to stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve our Compliance Management Policy (CMP)
  • Support the implementation of CMP across the organisation
  • Review operational processes for compliance risks and suggest improvements
  • Monitor and manage compliance risks
  • Assess and classify reported incidents and breaches
  • Review regulatory and compliance obligations
  • Create and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives
  • Provide feedback and advice to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in compliance management and risk assessment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of compliance management standards and frameworks
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
