Compliance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Advisor – Risk and Compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted expert driving risk management and sustainability across open-cut, underground, and ore processing environments.

This is an opportunity to support the management and continuous improvement of critical risk control programs, influence operational safety, and provide hands-on support to a dynamic and collaborative team.

As our Senior Advisor – Risk and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and safety focused on the following priorities:

• Championing Risk Frameworks: maintaining and implementing the risk framework in alignment with Evolution standards and legislative requirements.
• Risk Management Coordination: strategically supporting the business in scheduled reviews and updates of Material and Critical Risk Management Plans within broader risk management programs.
• Advising with Impact: providing expert guidance and hands-on support to management across safety and risk systems.
• Driving Change: collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the Management of Change program effectively and sustainably.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with a minimum of 3+ years in senior roles. They will also have prior experience working on a mine site, as well as tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or Risk. Additional credentials in Risk Management, Change Management, or Cert IV TAE would be highly desirable.

Key skills and qualifications include exposure to INX, Forward CRM, and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A proactive mindset, ability to influence, coach, and mentor across all levels, and strong stakeholder engagement are also essential.
