Strategic Technology Leadership Position

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced technology leader to drive innovation and transformation in our organization. We are seeking a seasoned executive with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and execution of our technology strategy, aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Manage and optimize our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our technology systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and usability.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to our IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with various business teams to capture, manage, and deliver business system requirements, utilizing local and global resources as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in senior technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • A strong background in ERP systems and their business impact, with expertise in leading technology strategies that enable business transformation and innovation.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and experience influencing stakeholders at C-suite level, with hands-on leadership style and ability to balance strategic direction with day-to-day delivery.
  • Strong networking skills, with ability to establish and nurture relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • A practical understanding and experience in managing local and wide area network environments, including complex security configurations and VPN technologies.
