We are seeking an inspiring and skilled Head of Transformation to lead an organization-wide transformation and establish a robust Transformation Management Office.

**About Our Client**:
Our client is a Christian-led Not-For-Profit organization, dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those they serve. This vibrant and evolving organization operates in the aged care, disability, and community services sectors, with a strong commitment to improving the lives of their clients. As part of their journey, they are embarking on a significant organizational transformation and require a dynamic leader to champion this change.

**Your Role**:
Reporting to the GM Strategy, you will support business project owners to successfully deliver the transformation. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading a Transformation Management Office using Activist Program Management (APM) or similar.
- Delivering transformation program outcomes, holding business leaders accountable.
- Leading governance and reporting processes to ensure performance to budget, appropriate resource allocation, rapid issue resolution, and change processes.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to the executive team and project owners in the development and implementation of new operating models.
- Developing and delivering capability-focused training material to uplift organization-wide capability in project management, transformation, and change-related capabilities.

**Your Profile**:

- Experience working with APM, RPM or KEY by BCG.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or equivalent, with an MBA being highly desirable.
- Experience in aged care, disability, community services, or similar industries.
- Experience working with not-for-profit, charitable, or Christian organizations would be an advantage.

Key competencies for the role include leadership, relationship building, ability to investigate issues and create innovative solutions, communication skills including being able to present to large groups, resilience, and adaptability. You will need to have a proactive approach, demonstrating determination and persistence to drive success, and an ability to work well with diverse teams.
