**Transformation Leader**

**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will lead all transformation activities and plans, overseeing the successful implementation of investment programs. This involves reporting to the Chief Product Officer and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and facilitate key decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversight of transformation plans into the business and to customers ensuring commercial objectives
  • Collaboration with the Transformation Program Manager to ensure all activities, plans, and stage gates are established
  • Execution of business operating models, communication plans, risk and mitigation plans, and change management activities
  • Partnership with Product GMs to understand business cases, customers, and alignment with approach and outcomes

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years experience in a large transformation within a large organization or big bank
  • Business and commercial acumen
