We are at a critical moment in the evolution of education. Technology is changing how we teach, learn, and prepare students for the future. As an Education Transformation Executive, you will play a key role in helping educators and institutions reimagine learning environments that are more inclusive, adaptive, and future-ready.

This role requires someone who is braver and bolder, with an entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and curiosity that drives innovation. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating speed and agility through decisive action and the ability to pivot quickly.

You will have the opportunity to drive transformation in partnership with customers, to achieve both business outcomes and customer success. You will engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer transformation strategies.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
  • Proactively develop an understanding of the customer's business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities.
  • Deliver sales excellence and lead extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in a customer-facing role within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans that meet revenue goals and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across both internal teams and external customers.
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the education industry and associated trends, business models, and partner ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer success through long-term engagement, advocacy, and proactive issue resolution.
