Strata Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strata Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community management group, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our strata communities.

  • About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is able to work independently. You will be responsible for managing multiple strata schemes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage annual general meetings, committee meetings, and other community events.
  • Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, supported by specialized departments.
  • Apply knowledge of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in enforcing by-laws.
  • Oversee maintenance of insurance policies and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of strata legislation and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in financial reports and budgets.
